The Story
Where this came from
My background is in psychology — I studied it formally and still do, because I’ve always wanted to understand the real question underneath coaching: why do capable people stay stuck, even when they genuinely want to change?
The honest answer, the one I lived, is that willpower was never the solution. I came through a difficult, neglected start, and for a long time I blamed my own discipline. What actually changed my life wasn’t trying harder — it was building three things at once: a vision that was mine, a mindset that stopped fighting me, and habits that ran without force. I had to become my own coach before I could be anyone else’s.
Over seven-plus years and hundreds of clients, that pattern has held every time. The people who transform aren’t the ones with the most willpower. They’re the ones who finally get a system.
What I believe
Five things I know to be true
01
"You're not lazy. You're running without a system."
02
"Being stuck is not the same as being finished."
03
"Fix one of the three and you slide back. Fix all three and you stop starting over."
04
"Consistency is a design problem, not a character flaw."
05
"Transformation is possible from wherever you're standing right now."
My Approach
How I work
I’m not at either extreme of this industry — not the hustle-harder type, and not the pure-mindset, manifest-it type. People don’t need another guru at either pole. They need balance, built around their actual life.
My style is calm, direct, and science-backed. I’ll listen more than I talk, name what other coaches dance around, and never hand you a borrowed vision or a motivational hit. What I give you is a structure that holds — because I want you to keep going long after our work is done.
